There has been a lot of uncertainty and confusion in the Real Estate market lately with the COVID-19. My associate at Caliber Home Loans, Manny Yaquian, shared with my about many of the home owners now having to do forbearance because of loss of income and job security.
On the other side of the coin, the San Antonio real estate market has been very stable, and is still ag great place to invest and keep long term value (LINK). There is an average of a 7% increase year over year with our home valuations.
This takes us into the investment side of real estate. Many investors now are looking into having a stable base to invest in, and having a stable base in which their investments will earn a return from. Real estate is a good investment for that, if you can find a good initial deal to start with.
